Welcome to TarodStore. By using our importation services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. HOW WE OPERATE
TarodStore operates a Pre-Order (Contract-Based) Importation System.
We consolidate customers’ orders to meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) required by factories in China. TarodStore (TAROD International) acts as the procurement and purchasing agent, enabling members to buy directly from manufacturers at the best factory prices.

1.1 Refund Policy (Before Order Is Closed)

During the order collation stage, members may request a refund if they choose to cancel an item.
A 10% administrative and processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

1.2 Refund Policy (After Order Is Closed or Purchased)

Once an order has been collated, closed, or purchased, refunds are not permitted.

This is due to currency conversion from Naira to RMB, which cannot be reversed.

In cases where a member is unable to continue with the order, the paid amount may be swapped for another item of equal value.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
TarodStore ships goods via Air Freight and Sea Freight.

Sea Freight
Estimated delivery time: 45–50 days

Delivery timeline begins after goods leave the factory in China, not from the payment date.

Air Freight
Normal goods: 14–21 days
Special goods: 21–38 days
Timelines begin after goods leave the factory.

2.1 Shipping Payment Deadline

After goods arrive in Nigeria:
Sea freight: Shipping fees must be paid within 7 days

Air freight: Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days

2.2 Late Payment & Demurrage Charges

Goods not cleared within the stated deadlines will be left at the cargo office.

A demurrage charge of $1 per item per day will apply after a 7-day grace period.
Demurrage fees are charged by the cargo company, and TarodStore has no control over these charges.

2.3 Local Transportation Fee
Once shipping fees are settled, an additional local transportation fee will be required to move goods from the cargo office to the designated pickup location.
